This year Dementia Action Week will be held from Monday 18th May to Sunday 24th May. Every year St Georges use this week as an opportunity to show how life doesn't need to stand still with a diagnosis of dementia. There is a different activity and event for every day of Dementia Action Week, and everyone is welcome to join in the fun as well as having the opportunity to learn more about how you can support a loved one living with dementia.
