I'm a crow, and I get wet and cold too, yet many people don't want me in their gardens because they just want to see small song birds. Often, food can be difficult to find in February, and the cold wet nights can be long, and sometimes I struggle to see another day. I will eat things like small meaty dog bites and small dried dog food that I can soak in some water and peanuts to keep me going.

I hope this makes you think. Choosing what is welcome and what is not welcome into our gardens is not how we help wildlife recover.
Some people say, "I only get wood pigeons, crows and magpies visit." So what is wrong with that? They are still part of our UK wildlife and face the same challenges as the smaller song birds.
