My members and I love our weekly group 🥰 – and the Slimming World support doesn’t stop there!

As part of your membership fee , Slimming World members have 24/7, 365 days a year support on LifelineOnline and the Slimming World app. With thousands of tried, tested and loved recipes for all the family, as well as inspirational stories, useful features and food and activity tracking, members can take that Slimming World feeling with them wherever they go 🙌.

We had such a brilliant time in group I completely forgot to take photos - so this is a very small selection of the delicious food we enjoyed - those incredible looking and very tasty meringues are vegan friendly , made from chick pea juice 😳 we also enjoyed pasta and cous cous dishes , hummus , cappuccino pots , weetabix cake and more 😋 all foods which can be enjoyed whilst following the Slimming World food optimising plan and working towards achieving your personal target .
We celebrated our woman of the year , hearing from so many nominees about the importance of group support , and the changes they’ve made to how they eat plus their favourite meals . Our congratulations go to Patsy , Jacqui and Wendy who were voted the winners in their sessions ( picture is of Patsy because 🤦🏻‍♀️)

What a beautiful morning it is today , the dogs kindly woke me up nice and early so I’ve time after their walk to sit in the garden and enjoy a coffee before getting ready for work .
I’m scrolling through the slimming world app to find tonight’s tea as fancy trying something new .
Who else loves the app for recipe ideas ? It’s such an invaluable tool as a slimmer , and it’s included within your membership fee 🙂

Berry Burst 🍓 – a delicious mix of fresh berries, a sprinkle of chia seeds and a drizzle of honey 🍯.

Strawberry and Banana 🍌 – a creamy base topped with sliced strawberries and banana, finished with a drizzle of chocolate sauce 🍫.

Apple and peanut butter 🍎 – the ultimate sweet and salty combo, apple slices and a peanut butter drizzle 🥜.
