Every Thursday at 7pm and every Sunday at 8am we host a Walk ‘n’ Talk.

It’s an amazing opportunity to make new friends, spend some time outdoors and enjoy a walk. If you’re a man who feels like you need to do something different then come and join us.

We meet at The Tropicana.

Another Sunday morning walk, men coming together to support each other.

We meet outside Tropicana every Sunday at 8am and every Thursday at 7pm. We take a short walk along the parade.

Why do we do it? We encourage men to show courage and step out of their comfort zone, we aim to build a community of men that look out for each other and provide positive advice based on their life experiences.

There nothing more rewarding than being able to help another man with their struggles because of the strength you have gained from being in a very similar situation.

A few members old and new joining each other for an evening walk.

We meet for a walk every Sunday at 8am and Every Thursday at 7pm.

If you’d like to come along, the only thing you need to do is turn up. You’ll be met with a warm welcome and enjoy the company of some fantastic men.

Our community of men is growing and if you are at a point in your life where you need a change, this might just be the beginning of your journey.

Men, do you have any plans for Sunday morning?

Come and share a walk with us, we meet at 8am every Sunday outside Tropicana Weston and walk along marine parade. Afterwards we have a wonderful breakfast The Bay Cafe.

There’s a community of men being formed, one that supports men and pushes them to be the best possible version of themselves.

Walk ‘n’ Talk is the first of several events coming this year that promote better wellbeing for men.

Step out of that comfort zone 💪
