💚 🦁 A Huge Thank You to Yeo Valley 🦁 💚

We’d like to give a massive shoutout to Yeo Valley for their generous support through their Colleagues in the Community initiative.

Thanks to one of their amazing team members, our Primal Instincts Men’s Mental Health Group was put forward — and we’re incredibly grateful to have received a donation to help us continue the work we do.

At Primal Instincts, we’re all about creating a safe space where men can open up, support one another, and improve their mental well-being without judgement. Backing like this goes a long way in helping us grow and reach more men who need that support.

We’re switching it upagain tonight – no seafront walk! Instead, we’ll be taking a peaceful route through the woods, ending with stunning views at the fort. A great way to move, talk, and support each other.

💧 Don’t forget to bring water – it’s a warm one!
Let’s look after our physical and mental health together.

All men welcome – zero judgment, just good conversation and fresh air.

📌 Meeting Point: Tropicana, Weston Seafront – We’ll be heading along the coast for a scenic and refreshing walk with great company and open conversations.

Too many men still suffer in silence. There’s a stigma around men’s mental health that needs breaking – and it starts with showing up, speaking up, and supporting each other. This walk is a safe space to do just that.

It’s chilled, familiar, and always a great vibe. A perfect way to relax, talk openly, and get some fresh sea air.

All men welcome – zero pressure, zero judgment. Just real talk, good vibes, and solid support. 🌅
