Who is Jackie and what does she do?

I’m Jackie, of Jackie Cave Wellness, proud mum of two beautiful daughters and Nana to a gorgeous little girl, the fourth in a lively line of five sisters, and happily married to Mike. I’ve been told I’m a thoughtful, cheerful, trustworthy friend… who also loves a cheesy joke and a nice cuppa tea! Well, doesn't everyone?☕😄

I’m a qualified Hypnotherapist and Reflexology Tutor, as well as an Energy Healing and Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage Tutor. I’m also a Yoga Teacher with a passion for mindful movement, encouraging students to truly feel into their bodies and simply be.

Lately, I’ve been bringing more hypnotherapy into my work, not just for weight loss or smoking, but to help people reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. Through gentle, intuitive sessions, I guide clients to access their inner wisdom, release old patterns, and rediscover their calm, confident centre.

Over the past 25 years, I’ve created a variety of Complementary Health courses and workshops in everything from Dowsing and Crystals to Past Lives, Karmic Ties, Living Joyfully, Angels, Intuition, and Psychic Development.

It’s been quite the adventure with a few detours included! However, those experiences have given me a deeper understanding of how to support others on their own journeys, both personally and spiritually.

My heart’s work is all about helping people:

The next time you feel that craving for something sweet, take a pause and reflect. Do you really want it? Consider replacing it with something more healthy.

A memory came up today. A nice reminder that I will be doing this again in October.

"Thank you so much to the lovely folks who came out to my Angels event last night. It was so inspiring to hear your feedback such as "I have known about my angel for a long time, but tonight was the first time I actually saw her!". It was also interesting to hear from a healer who said she works with her spirit guide very closely and when her angel came, she felt it was a higher vibration. How wonderful! Thanks for sharing. 🌟✨ Congratulations to this fabulous group of yogis! ✨🌟

Back in April 2023, these wonderful souls completed their 6-week Beginners Yoga Programme 💛 What an absolute joy it was to guide, stretch, laugh and grow together each week!

Your progress, positivity and commitment made the journey such a special one. I couldn’t be prouder of all you’ve achieved 🙌

💫 A little shout-out to Caroline and Celina too — they couldn’t make the final class, so they’re missing from the photo, but very much part of this brilliant bunch!

And the best bit? Some of these lovely yogis are still with me now in my regular Tuesday 5:30 pm class upstairs at Kewstoke Village Hall — continuing to flow, grow and glow together 🧘‍♀️💫

Wellness Reminder from Me (and Holly!):

The older I get, the more I realise the power in one simple word: “No.”
And my wise daughter Holly often reminds me…”No” is a complete sentence.

You don’t need to justify, explain, or apologise for honouring your own energy.
You’re allowed to say no… and still be a kind, loving, generous soul.

🤍 It’s ok to cancel a commitment.
🤍 It’s ok to not answer a call.
🤍 It’s ok to change your mind.
🤍 It’s ok to want to be alone.
🤍 It’s ok to take a day off.
🤍 It’s ok to do nothing.
🤍 It’s ok to speak up.
🤍 And yes—it’s ok to let go.

In fact… it’s more than ok. It’s essential.
You can’t pour from an empty teacup (or a drained chakra!).

Let this be your gentle permission slip for today:

Say no if you need to. Say yes to your wellbeing. ✨
