There was a time when I didn’t fully trust my intuition, even though it was quietly trying to guide me.

Dowsing helped me slow down enough to listen.

Not in a dramatic way.
Not with instant certainty.
But gently. One question at a time.

On Wednesday March 18, I’m running a 2-hour in-person workshop: Dowsing for Health, where I’ll be sharing how I work with dowsing in a grounded, practical way. It's the way I actually use it in everyday life.

It isn’t about predicting or diagnosing. It’s about awareness, curiosity, and learning to ask better questions.

The Inner Compass Series is a set of gentle, in-person workshops designed to help you reconnect with your inner knowing, trust yourself more deeply, and feel guided from within rather than pulled by the outside world.

Each workshop stands alone, and together they form a supportive journey inward.

Workshops run from 12:30–2:30 pm

A Gentle Single-Focus Practice - inspired by the jigsaw I did over Christmas.

Today’s invitation is beautifully simple. Choose one gentle activity and give it your full attention.

It could be:
🧩 a jigsaw or puzzle
🌱 pottering in the garden
🕯️ lighting a candle and sitting quietly
🍵 making a cup of tea without multitasking
🚶‍♀️ a slow walk in nature

For 5–15 minutes:

Put your phone on silent

Let go of the urge to “do more”

Stay with just this one thing

Notice:
your breath
the sensations in your body
how your mind begins to settle

This isn’t about productivity. It’s about nourishment.

Who is Jackie and what does she do?

I’m Jackie, of Jackie Cave Wellness, proud mum of two beautiful daughters and Nana to a gorgeous little girl, the fourth in a lively line of five sisters, and happily married to Mike. I’ve been told I’m a thoughtful, cheerful, trustworthy friend… who also loves a cheesy joke and a nice cuppa tea! Well, doesn't everyone?☕😄

I’m a qualified Hypnotherapist and Reflexology Tutor, as well as an Energy Healing and Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage Tutor. I’m also a Yoga Teacher with a passion for mindful movement, encouraging students to truly feel into their bodies and simply be.

Lately, I’ve been bringing more hypnotherapy into my work, not just for weight loss or smoking, but to help people reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. Through gentle, intuitive sessions, I guide clients to access their inner wisdom, release old patterns, and rediscover their calm, confident centre.

Over the past 25 years, I’ve created a variety of Complementary Health courses and workshops in everything from Dowsing and Crystals to Past Lives, Karmic Ties, Living Joyfully, Angels, Intuition, and Psychic Development.

It’s been quite the adventure with a few detours included! However, those experiences have given me a deeper understanding of how to support others on their own journeys, both personally and spiritually.

My heart’s work is all about helping people:
