It was a new venue, and it held the sounds and vibrations beautifully 🙏
I truly feel the universe brings these beautiful souls together for a reason during these courses , as the most supportive and meaningful connections are formed 🥹💛

🥹🥹👏👏👏🪽🪽🪽🌟🌟. I can only imagine the beautiful sounds and energy created by these two amazingly gifted, wonderful souls 🥹🥹 ###x

Tonight I had the honour of collaborating with the amazing Natasha Lee Bellamy from Seventh Light Wellness, who has recently been accredited as a Sound Practitioner by the beautiful White Feather Training and Sound with Helen.

Our bowls found their harmony, weaving together a space where the vibration lifted, worries softened, and that inner flame within each person began to glow again at Undy Church and Community Hall.

The group and ourselves left feeling grounded, reset, and a little lighter.

It’s always a privilege to hold space for others as they journey back to themselves, as their souls pull them ever so gently into their own light. ✨

I’ve just spent the most beautiful couple of days with two incredible souls training as sound practitioners. 🦋The energy was warm, cosy, and deeply nurturing, the space felt truly held, and the healing that unfolded was so pure. I’m feeling so proud of them and grateful for all they achieved. I learn so much from each student who walks this path, and it is a true privilege to share this experience with such radiant souls.
Our next sound practitioner course will take place over the weekend of January 24th and 25th at Hewish and Puxton Village Hall, North Somerset. A few spaces left 🙌🏻

Dear Friends

I want to take a moment to offer my heartfelt gratitude for your presence throughout this year. Sharing these sacred sessions with you has been a true blessing. Each gathering has touched me deeply, and I have learned so much from your wisdom, your courage, and your beautiful energy. There is always such a deep, spiritual element within each session. Thank you for walking this path with me and for supporting the work we do together.

I also want to gently share something from my heart: although I honour everyone as unique beings and deeply value your individual journeys, my empathic nature and awareness of energy alignment, sometimes makes me aware when I may not be the right teacher or facilitator for someone at a particular moment in their path. It is not always immediate when this arises, but when it does, I hold it with great care and respect. With your highest good in mind, and I will always strive to be honest and lovingly let you know, guiding you toward who or what may support you more fully.

🪽I am also now offering fortnightly online meditations, allowing us to gather in sacred space from wherever we may be. We connect via zoom and your unique code will be sent upon booking. The next session will be sunday 14th Dec, at 7pm and you are warmly invited to join if you feel called. 🧘‍♀️🧘

🪽Our next in-person meditation on the 8th of December is now fully booked, the next will fall on the 10th February. These will now fall on a Tuesday instead of a Monday, at the later time of 7.30pm-8.15pm to avoid congestion in the park.

🪽There is just a couple of spaces remaining for the February sound bath (17th) as December and January’s sound baths are now Full. Waitlists are available.

🪽On the 8th of January, I will be offering a special sacred session, in place of the guided Meditation, “Sounds of the Ancestors.” In this gathering, we will journey through tribal sounds that help reconnect us with our roots, our lineage, and the ancient rhythms within. In their place, I am opening two new pathways: the Chakra Balancing Practitioner Diploma and the Empath Awareness Practitioner Diploma. I feel deeply called to share these new offerings and look forward to guiding those who feel drawn to them. Please do reach out for more information.

🍂🍂We had such a deep, sacred autumn themed sound bath with autumn spiced cacao. Such a held, cosy evening full of emotion and releasing.
