Ive had a fun day today bringing awareness of chair-based yoga and gentle yoga to teacher training students 😁. Yogabynature, you have a really lovely and compassionate group of students who were so willing and eager to learn.

It was a sad morning as the Carers Group chair yoga came to an end after about 3 years 🥲. I was presented with this beautiful orchid - what a lovely gesture. Thankfully some of these carers are hoping to join me in my other groups, so we won't lose touch.

A little treat at the end of a busy week teaching 105 lovely people 🫠. I can recommend Gracie-Mae's coffee shop at Hutton Garden Centre and you can have a mooch around the plants and flowers to relax too.
