Mondays

9.30am - Do Yoga at The Stable near the Playhouse and Grove Park WSM

6pm - Our Lady of Lourdes near Milton

Beginners welcome!

Tuesdays

Corpus Christi 6pm we’re next to Ellenborough Park, near the seafront, opposite Revo

Wednesdays

Our Lady of Lourdes 10am and 730pm at the lights on Bay Tree Road

Wednesdays are beginner friendly yoga classes with Emma, at a slower pace and suitable for everyone.

Thursdays

6pm - Do Yoga in Banwell at the back of the public car park in West Street

Fridays

Our Lady of Lourdes - 9.30am join us in Milton

Due to a late cancellation, I've got a large room available for the Do Yoga Weekend Retreat In Cornwall on Friday 11th July

If anyone wants a relaxing weekend away in good company please let me know 😀🙏✨

There will be Yoga, massage, meditation, hikes in nature, wild swimming and healthy vegetarian food

It's a two hour drive from Weston, or there's a lift available from Bodmin Parkway train station
