We’re offering a fantastic opportunity to start your journey in adult social care with a Level 2 Adult Care Worker apprenticeship – no experience needed, just the right attitude and willingness to learn!
🧡 What You’ll Do:
As a Care Support Apprentice, you’ll work alongside our experienced team to support our residents with daily routines, wellbeing, and companionship.
You’ll be a valued part of the team, helping to create a safe, caring and friendly environment.
🎓 What You’ll Gain:
• Level 2 Adult Care Worker Qualification
• Face-to-face assessor support
• Paid Monthly group learning sessions (2 hours)
• Paid One-to-one support meetings each month
• English and Maths study if needed
• Average of 8 hours per month of independent study (unpaid)
📅 Apprenticeship Details:
• Hours: 16 hours per week (4 shifts of 9am–1pm)
• Duration: 8–14 months (with potential for a permanent role at the end!)
• Pay: £7.55 per hour (apprenticeship wage, age 16+)

• Aged 16+ and ready to start work
• A genuine interest in working with and supporting others
• Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn
• A team player with good communication skills
• Lived in the UK for 3 years
