Next weekend I’ll be out and about at 2 Xmas fairs,
Saturday 29th is Restore Hope, 11-3 in Amersham,
Sunday 30th is Jansel Square Bedgrove 12-5pm in aid of cancer research.
There will be so many Xmas gifts on offer with food and drink available.

The diary is filling up from now until Jan 2026!
Sports therapy/soft tissue therapy is a must have treatment!
It’s maintenance for the body!
Don’t wait until you’re in pain and can’t work or do the things you love to do.
A regular treatment is a must have.

ELECTRO ACUPUNCTURE!!! The results have been amazing. 🤩
If you’re suffering with pain this little machine could be your new best friend !
This week iv treated Tendinopathies in the Achilles and the thumb.
Iv also done sore, stuck shoulders!
What is it and what does it do I hear you say…..

The croc clips are attached to the needles, an electrical current is applied using the device which controls the frequency and strength of the electrical current.
This stimulants the neuronal mechanism associated with both the peripheral nervous system and the central nervous system involving many brain regions as well as different neurotransmitters.
Endorphins, serotonin, dopamine are just some substances to be released.
The Electotherapy is making you feel good, resetting the nervous system, adding blood flow, relaxing muscles, stimulating muscle contractions.

I don’t usually do offers but for the month of August and September I’d like to offer farmers 25% off their 1st treatment. Incase you’re not aware my son’s a farmer so I know how hard farmers works. They work very long hours sometimes 7 days week, there’s no time off, They make hay while the sunshine’s!! 🤩
They tend to the animals putting it all before themselves so I want to thank them by offering 25% off a sports massage.
(Also hay prices might go up so I need to stay on the good side of them, my horse needs feeding!)🤣 🇬🇧
