The love for the journey of life is often neglected or difficult to achieve due to busy lives in which we make bad choices, repeat the same mistakes and neglect ourselves. When this happens we disconnect, become jaded or poorly, our soul's purpose is obscured and self-love is lost. It's difficult to regain the zest for life without support and understanding, it can be hard to snap out of the cycle of negativity until you're ready to try.
We work with the understanding that there is grace, stillness and serenity within us, and that this increases or decreases according to our habits of thought and feeling. By allowing yourself to withdraw from the busy daily life for a short period of time to go deeper, can often bring the greatest shift in perception that brings clarity and allows us to live a more soul-directed life.
There are many reasons, why in stillness, and a quiet space to contemplate, connect with our divine essence, body mind and soul, may be helpful for our wellbeing. It’s natural that thoughts and actions, which are repeated either work for or against our well-being and having now gained a sense of liberation we introduce a unique, proven and beautifully simple meditative exercises to prevent unwanted thoughts.
Our intention for this retreat:
Is to offer a friendly, nourishing 5 days of learning the art of regular silence and learning techniques that help liberates from intensity of modern living and connect with our inner self can help us maintain an upward trajectory of inner growth and peace. Silence and stillness are disciplines that bring vitality and life to our relationships.
So, in our practice, the key is simply not to cut off anything. Just drop your attachments to externals and allow the thoughts, sounds and so forth to be what they are while you maintain your stillness of mind through ‘consistent’ practise.
If you can do this, you will see the activity that exists within stillness, then you will see the stillness that exist within activity… and finally you will become that awareness in which there is no difference between the two.

The aim is to enable participants to recharge their own sense of wholeness, wellness, energy balance, grace & stillness and learn how to maintain this strength in everyday life. Do you remember the last moment in your life when you were totally relaxed and nurtured and cared for? Of course any holiday helps you unwind, but more and more people want their breaks to tackle a specific goal could it be improving your health!
Our Retreat gives you the opportunity to become a Certified Access Bars Practitioner, able to use it with your family, friends, and co-workers.
The retreat offers you the chance to dip into healing techniques, to soothe away your stress and tension. You will practice silence, meditation and contemplation. One to one spiritual counselling, your Soul Plan Reading (life purpose analysis) with Guiomar, Grace Yoga with Judita, various types of massage with Joana and Biodanza with Asha. Also we offer you Energetic Healing the perfect technique for dealing with challenges emotions and situations. Walks in beautiful grounds of The Seven Sisters or by the sea.
We offer you delicious homemade vegan or vegetarian food and you will come back from your retreat/holiday, restful, sleeping better, with renewed energy or better digestive health. Guiomar, Joana and Judita are professional holistic therapists facilitators who will support you on your 5 days journey of wellbeing.
About Access Bars Certification:
Judita is a Licensed Access Bars Facilitator or Access Certified Facilitator
Access Bars is a relaxing treatment consisting of gently touching 32 points of the head which release stress, tension and limiting beliefs. It’s like defragmenting your computer disk.
The Access Bars are the very core and foundation of Access Consciousness. It can be the starting point of a great adventure and it can be something you add to your life that will assist you in creating a greater ease with everything. The Bars are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head that connect to different aspects of your life. Touch one Bar and you begin to clear away the energy locked up in that area or aspect of your life just by touching it.
The access bars course normally takes 7 hours because we have min 1 hour theory and 4 sessions to do - 2 giving and 2 receiving, then people might have questions between ... we have divided it into 3 days. On the last day of our retreat we will have a Certificate Award ceremony where we hand out the Certificates of Completion.
Enjoy and learn how to meditate:
Studies have found meditation can help lower blood pressure and reduce stress levels, but you don't have to sit still to do it, you will learn how to meditate, practise breathing exercises and discover how to be 'in the moment'. You will enjoy silent walks meditation through the surroundings or on the Seven Sisters at Seaford, facilitated by Guiomar and Judita.
About Soul Plan:
Soul Plan Reading has its roots in the ancient Hebrew gematria. In the second half of the last century a new set of interpretations under the title ‘Numerology of Moses’ were channelled by the visionary Frank Alper (author of Discovering Atlantis).
In this present format Blue Marsden founder of the Holistic Healing College has extended on the original, added new interpretations, added some elements of numerology and channelled additional material. This is presented with where possible a non dualistic, more androgynous and modern orientation relevant to the 21st century and our current time.
Soul Plan is interpretation of an ancient way of studying life’s purpose.
Is a powerful and accurate system which serves as a tool for life purpose guidance and healing by clearing of core limiting beliefs, old patterns and issues.

Biodanza is a system of self-development that uses music, movement and positive feelings to deepen self-awareness. It seeks to promote the ability to make a holistic link to oneself and one's emotions and to express them. The benefits of Biodanza promotes health and well-being, joy and relaxation, pleasure and contentment. Biodanza aims to integrate harmonious and balance the mind, body and spirit within you. These easy to learn exercises that can be practised by anyone of any levels or age. Biodanza renew and reinvigorate our bodies and help us to connect with ourselves at a profound level. Asha Sali will be your biodanza facilitator, she has many years of practising Biodanze and she is committed to the sacred path of relating conscious communication and authentic expression, natural living and joyful celebration of loving.

About the Florence House:
On the brow of Seaford Head, Sussex, sits Florence House; rock solid in the sea air and surrounding wild landscape. In many ways its situation is a metaphor for its life’s purpose – a haven for the spirit however the wind blows. much loved venue for life enhancing retreats. In essence, it lovingly embraces divine inspiration, the sacredness and potential of each individual and the healing power of the landscape in which it sits.
The beautiful interior of the house itself, the abundant gardens, the proximity to the sea and the wildness of the Downs, make Florence House ideal for retreats and workshops involving personal development and transformation. You have the potential to create your own mood and atmosphere as we offer exclusive occupancy. Because Florence house stands within its own grounds there is no one to disturb. We are renowned for our delicious and creative home cooking produced by our own chefs. Produce is locally sourced where possible or from our own kitchen garden.
There are magical places within the gardens and we encourage our participants to take advantage of these areas for activities like yoga and ceremonies. Our aim is to create a unique, nurturing environment. The house is set in 6 acres within an area of outstanding natural beauty on the edge of the South Downs National Park and has views of Seaford Head and Seaford Head Golf Course.
The beach is a 2 minute walk away from the house.
Cost:
The all-inclusive cost for 5 days/4 nights is £890pp for a shared double ( we are offering 20% OFF until the 28th of February) twin or triple room and £980 for a single room ( 20% OFF) to include the workshops and Access Bars certificate and your Soul Plan chart. You will have access to the facilitators for guidance, healing sessions, Soul Plan reading, relaxing massage, 1-1 spiritual counselling, yoga, organised walks on a Seven Sisters and many more.

Guiomar’s love for the art of Holistic Healing began over two decades ago. She decided to make her passion into a vocation after a near-death experience. To date, Guiomar has combined all of her extensive trainings, hands-on experience, and expertise to provide holistic healing counselling, hypnotherapy and holistic coaching services at The Healing Temple where she run meditation classes and workshops that enable her clients to harness their infinite potential for their greater good. Both emphatic and highly intuitive, she consistently strives to utilize her innate talents to help people pave the path to lasting fulfilment in every facet of their lives.
Equally as compassionate, Guiomar makes it a point to create a safe space for her valued clients through non-judgemental consultative, and by creatively unifying ancient techniques with modern healing modalities, she works directly with one’s body-mind intelligence to facilitate wellbeing and transformation . She also instils a sense of empowerment that helps one release their self-limiting beliefs.
Among all her avid interests, Guiomar is most intrigued by consciousness, spirituality, personal growth, and human behaviour. She became very intrigued by Tarot at the age of 18 when she received her first tarot reading. She undertook, in 1994, her first studies in tarot with Cristina Candeeias in Portugal. Later on she receive her certificate in Professional Tarot Counselling with Katrina Wynne MA. Guiomar attended workshops with Mary K. Greer and Marcus Katz as well as the Tarot Conference UK once a year to keep her skills and knowledge updated. She is a member Tarosophy Professional Tarot Association, the world’s largest tarot association founded by Marcus Katz. Thus she continues her journey on professional development, attending workshops with some of the greatest names - Dr Joe Dispenza (neuroscientist), Bruce Lipton (Cell Biologist and Epigeneticist) , Paul Mckenna PhD, Caroline Myss MA, Ken Wilber and the pioneer Blue Marsden MA.

ABOUT JUDITA
is an experienced Yoga teacher, Access bars facilitator, Energy healer, Dancer, Seeker of Harmony in the World and creator of greater possibilities. She lives between the UK and Italy, her favourite part in the World, especially near the seaside.
Judita’s gift is to see people without judgement and inspire them to let go of their limitations.
Having studied yoga in India, Sri lanka and Europe she teaches hatha, vinyasa and mindfulness yoga. She loves her deep and stable yoga & meditation practise, but knows the challenges that a beginner practitioner is facing, therefore she can help you deepen your own practise with ease. Her vision is to get you to listen to your body without judgement and do what it requires.
She inspires people worldwide to start their own regular home practise of yoga and meditation suitable for them.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1) PAYMENT:
Where only a deposit of 50% is paid at the time of submitting the booking form, full payment of the balance due must be made four weeks before arrival.
Failure to do so may result in Grace & Stillness exercising its right to cancel your booking(s) and to charge the applicable cancellation charges. ( IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SPREAD THE COST PLEASE EMAIL US)
2) CANCELLATION:
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.
Whilst we would wish to treat cancellations sympathetically, spaces on the Grace & Stillness Retreat are limited and the following charges must be applied. Cancellation of your retreat, for whatever reason, should be notified to Guiomar Rebelo, thehealingtempl@outlook.com in writing. The following cancellation policy applies:
The deposit is always non-refundable.
If we receive written notification 57 days or more before arrival then 50% of the total price can be refunded.
56 days or less before arrival no refund can be made at this short notice.
3) DISCLOSURE OF ILLNESS:
If you have had any major physical or emotional illness within the past five years, or are under medical or psychiatric supervision, you must notify us in writing at the time of booking and, where appropriate, enclose a doctor's certificate of fitness. Non-disclosure of relevant information can invalidate your insurance and cancel our contractual obligations with you.
4) EXCLUSIONS:
We do not accept responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, changes or losses caused by acts of God, war, threat of war, closure of airports, civil strife, natural disasters, accidents or any other events beyond or within our control; participants' injuries, illnesses, medical or psychiatric conditions developed during or subsequent to the retreat; loss of or damage to personal property of participants.
