🤩INTRODUCING our newest team member to the Me Time family… Aoife🤩

Aoife will initially be taking every Wednesday from 10th September 10am - 4:30pm from Faith’s treatment cabin at Boston Road. Aoife offers a wide range of holistic massage therapies listed as follows:
🦶🏻Reflexology
💆🏼‍♀️Indian Head Massage
🤲🏻Oncology Massage
🙌🏻Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage
😌Hot Stone Massage
🌷Aromatherapy Massage
Aoife will be offering Deep Tissue Massage as well as a few other therapies very soon! She will also be increasing her days in the near future to offer both a Monday (from Lizzie’s location) and a Tuesday (at Faith’s location) as well as her Wednesday’s.

A little bit about Aoife…

Hi my name is Aoife,
I’m a complementary therapist specialising in aromatherapy massage, helping clients find balance and renewed energy through natural healing practices.

I have a deep appreciation for the outdoors, I draw inspiration from the perfect balance of nature and use it to create calming holistic experiences that support wellbeing.

When I’m not working I enjoy paddle boarding, rowing, wild swimming, walking my dog, camping, but above all I love spending time with my wonderful family and friends.

We haven’t altered our prices since April 2024 and therefore these new prices reflect that. We thank you for your continued support and understanding as this takes effect.

*All appointments that have already been made for September will not be affected by these changes*
