Life on hard mode with ADHD?!

This year has definitely come with a few more challenges to navigate…

2 weddings & 2 house moves kinda does that!

And if I’ve been quieter on here recently- I’ve been practicing what I preach- body first, business second

I’ve felt those nudges of burnout, the prompt to slow down, the stress oozing out of my pores- and I’ve listened before it turns into anything worse

I’ve prioritised what fills me up:
🥗 good food (nutritious and indulgent treats)
🎶 music, and seeing my favourite artist
😂 fun & laughter with friends and family
🌳 time in nature- walks in the woods & the beach
🚴🏻‍♀️ enjoyable movement that’s become a part of my day (so it doesn’t feel like strict exercise!)
😴 relaxation and rest- before I “need” it, a 5 min lie down or a day at the spa

I feel so grateful to have the voice and knowledge of meeting my own needs, being able to communicate them, and understand what my body is trying to tell me.

The more I listen to those needs, the easier and more joyful life feels! The more energy and abundance comes to me!

I’m catching up on ’s Good With Money workshop and reflecting on how much my life has changed since joining her Relaxed Money course 2 years ago.

Taking a few weeks off… because I’m GETTING MARRIED! 🎉💍

As an ADHD entrepreneur, taking time away from a job I love hasn’t always been easy. The urge to do just one more thing—I know it well.

But here’s the thing: rest, joy, and living fully are the fuel to the passionate work we do- we can’t run on empty or do it all on our own!

So, for the next few weeks, I’m fully stepping into the moment—no hustle, no stress, just love, celebration, and presence.

What if you were never “too much”—just taught to take up less space?

So many of us neurodivergent folks, especially women, have been conditioned to shrink ourselves.

To apologise for doing our best to fit into a world that wasn’t created for us to thrive…
❌ Sorry for speaking up.
❌ Sorry for having needs.
❌ Sorry for just… existing.

When you shift from shrinking sorry to grateful thank yous, imposter syndrome shrinks, your body and nervous system hears that you belong here!
Every sorry shifted to thank you builds self trust, people see you as somebody who knows they belong and speaks their needs- somebody important!
