Not everything needs to be done in a group.
I’m opening 3 daytime-only 1:1 sessions for people who want something quieter, more specific, and genuinely responsive to what’s going on in their body and life.
I live in a hypermobile body and I’m neurospicy, so I get what it’s like when standard approaches don’t quite fit. When your nervous system is doing its own thing. When your body needs nuance, not pushing.
This isn’t about fixing yourself or forcing change.
It’s about slowing down enough to listen, to understand what’s being held, and to move in a way that actually makes sense for you.
1:1 work can be especially supportive if you
• feel overwhelmed or a bit lost in group classes
• are navigating pain, hypermobility, menopause, stress, or fatigue
• want guidance that adapts in real time, not a one-size-fits-all practice
• need space to rebuild trust with your body
