Super Easy and Healthy Cannellini Bean Stew! (Vegan)

Stuck on some healthy cooking ideas? Try this recipe. It's one of our favourites as it only takes 5-10 minutes and super yummy.

Serves 4

– 1 jar of sun-dried tomatoes (drained weight of 150g)

– 2 400g tins of chopped tomatoes

– 2 400g tins of cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)

– 1 tablespoon of tahini

– 1 teaspoon of ground chilli

– 3 cloves of garlic

– salt and pepper

Stick it in a pan and heat up! It's as easy as that.

As lockdown eases on the 19th of July, our regulators have been working hard with Public Health England to discuss how clinical practice will resume. We are pleased that at this moment in time nothing will change within a health care setting.
Our patient's safety remains of paramount importance so we will continue to work under the strict covid procedures that were put in place last year.
To confirm this means we will still be wearing full PPE, and patients should continue to wait in the car park prior to treatment and wear a facemask on entry to the clinic.
