Long hours at a desk, driving, stress, and phone use can cause muscle tightness and lead to headaches and stiffness.

Sports Massage is a deep tissue massage that uses advanced techniques such trigger point release, fascia relase, muscle energy techniques or joints mobilisations when necessary to relieve tension in your body and restore range of motion.

I am an experienced therapist with years of experience in Sports Massage, Myofascial Realase, Pregnancy Massage, Reiki and Spinal Flow.

I am available in Wychwood Park, Weston, Crewe
I will be available in Stoke on Trent area from April

Every first time appointment includes free through consultation and assessment to get to the root of the problem.

I offer range of treatments and combine techniques as required.

Current prices are

30 min - £35
1 hour - £50 (changing to £55 in April)
1.5 hour - £80 - great for full body massage and combination of techniques

Reiki - £45
Spinal Flow - £45
Initial Consultation and treatment for Spinal Flow - £85

Appointments are 1 hour - £50 and 1.5 hour £80

Every client gets through assessment including posture screen, spinal screen, range of motion testing and orthopedic testing if needed.

Dear all,

As you know, I am in my final year of my chiropractic degree and doing my internship in McTiomney College of Chiropractic Clinic in Manchester.

Hello my wonderful clients and friends. It has been a while since I posted on here as I have been busy looking after my little boy.

I am slowly returning to work and wanted to share with you one of the most powerful, gentle and transformative modalities I offer- Spinal Flow. 🙌

Spinal Flow blends scientific understanding of the spine and nervous system with deep appreciation for the body's innate healing intelligence. It uses light touch at specific points to unlock emotional, chemical and structural blockages.
It helps with chronic pain and discomfort, reduces stress and anxiety, improves sleep, promotes deep relaxation, better posture, increased energy and emotional release.

I use it in combination with other modalities that I offer or as a stand alone treatment. It really depends, what your body needs at the time.

My clients already know. Our body will tell the truth of how we live, what we think and feel (or avoid to feel). It will tell more about us, than we want to say.

Healing often starts with dialog with our body.
From there we can start healing our life.

Health thought for today ✨️

It is never too early to start looking after our body and nervous system.
Well aligned body allows for the nervous system to read all the information from the prioproceptors well and send all the information back to the body right.

Basically the communication between the body and the brain can flow smoothly. This allows the whole body to function more optimally.

For my baby boy, the same way as for my clients, friends and loved ones, I want the best health in all its aspects.
And it all starts with good alignment.

Early parenting can been challenging. And it is easy to forget yourself in all the chaos of the completely changed life.

One of the best advice i got was to still try and do things that remind me of who I am.
Exercise is something that has always been an important part of my life
