A bit about me:
I am Ivonne, I am Mexican, a mum, passionate about health, yoga and living life to its fullest. I
started practicing yoga in 2008 and since then yoga became my fun, my challenge, my struggle, and a big part of my life. I have practiced numerous styles of yoga; Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Power Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, Kundalini, Hot Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal. Having grown up in the second largest city in the world, Mexico City and moved to different continents a couple of times, my life has changed drastically many times, I have had to adapt to new ways, new cultures, completely different challenges in life and yoga has been there, always holding my back, keeping me centred, focused and determined. I studied at the Classical Yoga School -Glasgow and London- completing a ‘200 hour Yoga Teacher Training’ course in 2017. I also completed a Prenatal Yoga Certificate at Semperviva Yoga in Vancouver in January 2018. I am excited to share all the amazing physical and mental benefits that yoga can bring to our super-charged lives. Whether you are looking for health and fitness, stress relief or are simply curious about this “yoga thing”, I will be happy to show you a wee door to a fantastic world that can truly make a difference in your life. We’ll work on moving our body following the rhythm of our breath to find a deep connection within, a connection with our inner wisdom, where we’ll find the answers that we need to hear in every practice.
