Branch Administrator Needed

Bright, enthusiastic self-motivated individual to run our new Wetherby practice. Will need good computer skills, inc. spreadsheets; excellent telephone manner and an ability to deal professionally with patients. Your main role is to encourage visitors to arrange a hearing test. Duties also include liaising with our existing patients, answering the phone, filing, cleaning and maintaining the standards of the practice. Hours 9.30am to 5pm / lunch 30 minutes, 4 days a week, may need to cover holidays.

Administrative Duties:

Scheduling
Carrying out requests from management as needed
Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
Answering emails and sorting post
Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
Managing website functions and social media
Greeting and welcoming visitors
Financial Duties:

Expense reports
Processing payments
Billing
Purchasing
