How did it forget to post these!!! 🤩

I say this everytime but forever grateful that so many people trust me every year to help them on their journey, with not only their health and fitness bit their confidence and self trust too!

I actually rebranded the program too 'The confident glow project' just after this shoot because I was blown away by how much everyone was talking about how much confidence they had gained from working through the program 🥰

I know a lot of online coaches just give you a meal plan and training program and leave you to it. And honestly chat GPT could give you that.
We do sooooo much more inside the program, this is about changing habits, mindset shifts and learning your body so you feel like yourself again!

If you have been curious about how it could work for you, I am always happy to jump on a call so we can get to know each other and I can show you what it is all about. (No pressure, it has to be a right fit) Dm or comment GLOW and we can chat!

We all need this reminder sometimes! And honestly it translates into every area of your life, not just fitness and fatloss 🫶

If you don't give up you can't fail! Whatever your goal, sometimes yessss, there will be set backs... but shifting your perspective too those being lessons on what doesn't work and then moving forward anyway is the biggest win you can have.

Because failure only happens when you just stop trying ❤️

Do you agree? ⬇️

Firstly! I hate the term ‘Clean’ when it comes to food, but that's a matter for another day…..

I see so many people working so hard to keep their plates "perfect." They choose the whole foods, they avoid the labels, and they stay consistent. But they’re still tired. They aren't
seeing the strength for fatloss gains they want and feel "stuck."

The truth that the wellness industry often misses? Your body doesn't just need "perfect" food sources 100% of the time, it needs enough energy and enough rest.

You can’t "out-clean-eat" a massive energy deficit or a lack of sleep. If you are training hard but not fueling that work (Energy Balance), or if you’re pushing through 5 hours of sleep (Recovery), your body stays in a state of stress.

The "Glow" doesn’t come from a place of restriction.

It’s about:
✨ Eating enough to support your vibrant life.
✨ Resting enough to let your hard work actually take hold.
✨ Moving from a place of "fueling" rather than "fixing."

Are you currently focusing more on the "quality" of your food or the "recovery" of
your body? Let’s chat in the comments. 👇

A lot of people come to me thinking confidence is something you "get" once you reach a certain size or a specific number on the scale. Which is understandable because this is what we have been sold for years.

But if you’re waiting for a physical change to finally make you feel worthy, you might find that
the "goal" keeps moving.
Confidence isn't an outcome but instead it’s a form of self-trust.

It doesn't come from how you look in the mirror; it comes from the evidence you collect every
day that you are someone who shows up for themselves.

You build the "Confidence Skill" every time you:
✨ Choose a 10-minute walk when you’re tired instead of doing nothing.
✨ Actually follow through on that thing you said you where going to do
✨ Honor your 2L water goal because you promised yourself you would.
✨ Listen to your body’s need for rest instead of pushing into burnout.
✨ Speak kindly to yourself when things don't go perfectly.

Confidence is the realization that you are capable of navigating the "messy middle." It’s knowing that even if you stumble, you have the systems and the heart to get back up.

The "Glow" isn't a result of weight loss, it’s the visible sign of a person who has
finally learned to trust themselves.

Instead of waiting for the "after" photo to start feeling proud, Start building the skill of self-trust
today, one small, gentle choice at a time.

Fear of failure gets all the attention…but fear of success? That’s the quiet one that keeps so many people stuck.

Not because you don’t want to feel healthier, stronger, more confident, but because of everything that might come with it.

What if you actually do lose the weight and people start noticing, commenting, expecting you to “keep it up”?

What if you build strength and confidence and you can’t go back to playing small in the ways you’re used to?

What if taking care of yourself becomes your new normal and you realise how much you were settling before?

So you stay in the “almost.”
Almost consistent.
Almost prioritising yourself.
Almost following through.

Because almost feels safe, but staying here has a cost too.
Low energy, Frustration, Starting over again and again.
Knowing your body is capable of more but not quite letting yourself go there.

What if getting healthy didn’t have to mean extremes?
What if fat loss didn’t have to mean all-or-nothing?
What if getting stronger actually made your life feel easier, not harder?

You don’t need to rush it and become a different person overnight, but you do need to be honest about what you’re avoiding.

I say this with love - sometimes the thing you’re calling lack of motivation, is actually a fear of what happens if this does work 🫶

Is your health stuck or are you living out an old story that doesn't fit you anymore?

So many of us are still carrying around identities we formed years ago. Maybe you were the
"uncoordinated" kid in school, the person who "always fails" at routines, or the one who is
"just too busy" to care for themselves.

We treat these old stories as if they are permanent facts, when really, they’re just outdated
scripts.

The Old Story: "I’m not a person who exercises." The Current Reality: You just haven't
found a form of movement that feels right for you... YET.

The Old Story: "I have no willpower."
The Current Reality: You’ve been trying to survive on restrictive rules that would make anyone feel depleted.

The Old Story: "I’ll never be that 'glowing' person." The Current Reality: You are one small,
consistent choice away from starting that shift.

You have permission to outgrow the versions of yourself that no longer serve you. You are
allowed to be the person who chooses themselves today, regardless of what happened
yesterday.

I’m here to help you move away from the "labels" and toward the life you actually want to live.

What is one "old story" you’re ready to leave in the past?
