It's a bit of a blustery start to the week, but there is sunshine, and that's always a good thing ☀️

I just thought I would pop on here and give my upcoming availability, and share a lovely Mother's Day gift idea.

I’ve had some new followers recently, so I wanted to pop on and introduce myself.

My name is Liz, and I offer acupuncture and therapeutic massage at The Wellness Point.
I’m passionate about helping people feel better in themselves - more balanced, more supported, more well.

Good morning everyone!

I am going to be running a Tropic charity draw this Advent, and I am really excited to tell you about it!

There are 24 tickets available for £20, and each ticket is guaranteed a prize worth more than that. I will draw a name each day in December until Christmas Day until each entrant has a prize!

Once all the tickets are sold, we will be able to donate £120 to the Wetherby and District foodbank, who provide Christmas hampers for families who will struggle with a Christmas dinner this year.

I am not taking any commission/profit from these sales, it's all for charity.

I hope you’re having a restful day. The weather has really turned cold and wet — definitely the season for getting warm and cosy indoors. My Story

Since qualifying in 1998, I have worked in numerous spa’s and wellness centres, from Johannesburg in South Africa, to London, and a small town called Big Bear Lake, in California. Now in Wetherby, I have converted my conservatory into a soothing Treatment Room, a space where you can come to relax, unwind, and find calm.

The services I offer, from massage to facials, will all be tailored to suit your individual needs.
