Ruth Pates Reflexology I am a qualified Reflexologist, Indian Head Massage and Baby Reflex practitioner based in a pretty North Essex village.

Reflexology is a holistic treatment based on the principle that there are areas and points on the feet and hands that map via the nervous system to corresponding parts of the body. I am primarily mobile and will travel within a 20 mile radius therefore letting you really relax in your own surroundings and not have to go anywhere after having a wonderfully blissful treatment. I can also do it from my own home if you would prefer. I love making people feel good and often deal with a lot of clients suffering with stress issues. Reflexology is brilliant if you are feeling a little out of sorts or stressed as it helps to create a sense of balance as well as encouraging the body to heal any current disorders.
