On Monday doing my usual run circuit I stood on a log that looked like a well placed stepping stone. Except the log was floating. And my puddle was waist deep.

Amazing warm 15c Parkrun. Cycled Ottershaw so the 5k run is the wooded 3 circuits on the video. Very muddy

My Covid defence preparation. Only 60 ish minutes 660 calories. Floor exercises (boxercise), medium run. The floor exercises have been a learning curve but seems to be working. I have set my watch to beep every 60 seconds.
