How do you find balance in your life?

What helps you switch off, relax and mange stress?

For me it’s movement … CrossFit, yoga, running … and now also breath.

5 minutes of conscious breathing can reset your nervous system and provide positive mental and physical benefits.

Try these and see how you feel 👉🏻

⬆️Inhale for a count of 4
➡️Hold for a count of 4
⬆️Exhale for a count of 4
➡️Hold for a count of 4

✨

⬆️Inhale for 2 or 3 seconds (which ever feels comfortable)
⬇️Exhale for double the count of your inhale.

Try to breath through your nose if possible. 💫💛

I am a BWY qualified teacher with a focus on mindful movement to help you feel stronge, flexible and calm through yoga and breathing.

I also offer 1:1s for athletes looking to improve flexibility and recovery and those looking to learn or develop a breathing or meditation practice.
