As a First Aid Warrior, I cannot stress enough the importance of knowing first aid when you're on a golf course. Golf courses are vast, often remote areas where medical emergencies can happen unexpectedly.

🆘 Recently, a golfer's life was saved at a Kent course thanks to fellow golfers performing CPR. The anonymous man said, "I've been given a new lease on life."

🩹 I conducted first aid training at a local golf course, and during the training, a heart attack occurred on the driving range. The newly trained staff saved the person's life!

📣 I urge all golfers to get trained in first aid and CPR. You could be the difference between life and death for a fellow golfer in distress.

🚨 FROM COLLEAGUE TO LIFESAVER: HOW FIRST AID TRAINING SAVED A LIFE 🚨

Imagine you're at work and find a colleague struggling to breathe and complaining of chest pains. Would you know what to do? Tim, who works for a company in Hampshire, UK, did, and his quick actions saved the life of his colleague, Tony.
