Clinical Hypnotherapist and Mindfulness Teacher
Joel Cantor MCH BSc Following this he obtained a teaching Diploma in Mindfulness from Bangor University.

With a business/media background, Joel moved on to obtain a degree in Psychology, later gaining a professional qualification in Hypnotherapy at the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis (ICH) in London. During the course of his studies he gained wide ranging knowledge and experience in all aspects of Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness. His studies also included training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This was all designed to create an integrated therapeutic model - thereby enabling the Therapist to employ all the necessary strategies for resolving issues spanning a whole range of complaints, from:

•weight problems and digestive related disorders
•to public speaking
•self esteem issues
•smoking cessation
•phobias
•and trauma. Joel’s background also includes working as a therapist for clients and staff at a well known childrens Charity from their South London therapy centre. This was an often challenging post, working with young adults from troubled backgrounds, sometimes involving gang related activity. In this regard, dealing with anxiety and other problems resulting from low self esteem form a regular part of the workload. Joel's open minded and non judgemental approach is key to his continued success, providing a relaxed and comfortable environment in which to offer therapy for the diverse range of issues regularly. Joel works from two practises, one in Weybridge, one in Walton-on-Thames. Fees
There is a free 15min telephone consultation. Hypnotherapy is charged at £80 per session. A session lasts between 1 and 1.5hrs. Six sessions may be purchased at a reduced rate. This is worked out as Six sessions for the price of Five - £400

STOP SMOKING sessions are charged at £160. One session only is required. A free Booster session is also offered to smokers within Two years of their session in the unlikely event that this is required.
