Do you find yourself overthinking? Catasrophising the worst case scenario and replaying this over and over in your mind?

It’s time for a little reintroduction for those of you who are new around here 👋

Hey, I’m Chelsea, a coaching psychologist, hypnotherapist and anxiety specialist.

I’m an Aquarius with lots of extra Aquarian energy in my chart, and if you’re into human design… I’m a mani geni! ♒️

The ocean is my happy place and my all time favourite thing to do is go for a run and end it on a fully clothed dive into the ocean to cool off! (If you’ve never tried this before I highly recommend!!) 🌊

I have 2 little girls, the youngest arrived earlier this year and they’re both named after moons (we’re a space obsessed household!) 🪐 🌙

My passion is helping people master the power of their brain to reframe and reshape their thoughts to think, feel, live and perform like their best selves. I work a lot with individuals who have busy, ambitious minds, helping them to create a space for calm, confidence and intentional creation ✨🧠

After 15 years of corporate coaching and therapy and seeing anxiety come up again and again in so many different forms for people, I discovered a powerful combination of techniques to help others retrain their brains and master their mindsets. 🧠

I recently completed my masters in positive psychology and my dissertation researched the powerful combo of how mindfulness meets mindset mastery - and how we can achieve that sweet spot of brain retraining, whilst ensuring these habits stay locked in! 👩‍🎓

I work with clients all over the world 🌎 and currently have clients in India, South Africa, USA, Australia and the UK!

I would eat broccoli for brekkie, lunch and dinner 🥦 i love it that much… and I’m a margarita girl (although I’m soooo much less tolerant of any alcohol now so it’s been a while!!)

We love an adventure and are serial movers… we used to live on the Gold Coast, Australia and we’re currently in Surrey, UK… can you guess where we’re off to next?!

Sometimes it’s the small everyday choices we make that can impact our world most profoundly…

Every time we choose rest instead of pushing through to burnout, we’re changing our minds.

Every time we pause before we react, we’re changing our minds.

Every time we replace unhelpful thoughts with kind and loving ones, we’re changing our minds.

Every time we practice gratitude, journalling or mindful actions, we’re changing our minds.

Every time we take a moment to pause and breathe, we’re changing our minds.

Those small and sometimes seemingly subtle shifts might not even come easy at first, but they are creating ripples. Those ripples create bigger shifts and changes to our minds and the way in which we experience the world.

For me, my secret recipe has to be tapping into my magical mindset tools, blending a dash of daily movement, sprinkle in some mushroom adaptogenic magic into a smoothie , and voila – focus and clarity intact! 💎💆‍♀️ but when I’m faced with a challenge, I always come back to my breath. I pause and I just breathe - and it’s simple but super effective!

There are often 2 key reasons why we don’t get the things done that we want to. Time (lack of) and Procrastination.⁠

For the latter, there’s an incredible technique called Temptation Bundling, which has been seen in multiple psychology studies.⁠

Temptation bundling encourages you to bring together 2 activities at the same time. 1 activity being the thing you procrastinate over and the 2nd, something you enjoy enough to tempt you into doing the first thing!⁠

Some examples...⁠

Only listen to audiobooks or your favourite podcast, whilst you’re outdoors walking⁠

Only binge watch trash TV whist working out⁠

and my personal favourite... Only treat yourself to your favourite takeaway coffee or tea, if you combine it with 5 minutes of mindful breathing whilst you wait⁠
