Open to All TONIGHT!!!!
In recognition of Menopause Awareness Month we are delighted to announce an additional Special Edition Coaches Table. The session will bring our amazing team of Menopause Coaches together for the first time. They will share real stories and honest insights about their own journeys living with menopause and how Weightwatchers is supporting them.
📅 When: Monday 20th October at 8:15pm
You can access virtual workshops from the main menu in the WW app.
✅Tap the roundel in the top left corner, scroll and tap ‘Find a Workshop’.
✅Scroll a little and tap ‘Virtual Workshops’ and then you’ll see ‘Browse Calendar’, tap that to view and access the workshops.

💙 Today is Blue Monday—the so-called ‘saddest day of the year.’ But let’s take a moment to unpack that and flip the script.

Yes, January can feel tough:
🌧️ The weather is grey.
💸 Christmas bills are rolling in.
🎯 New Year’s goals might feel out of reach.

But here’s the thing—your feelings are valid any day of the year, not just because a calendar says so. If you’re feeling down, remember:
✨ It’s okay to rest.
✨ It’s okay to reach out.
✨ It’s okay to start over (and over again).

Take Blue Monday as a reminder to check in with yourself:
💙 Go for a walk, even if it’s just around the block.
💙 Text a friend or loved one.
💙 Treat yourself to something small that brings joy.

You are so much more than a single day or fleeting moment. The blues don’t define you—they remind you to be kind to yourself. 💫

Our Workshop challenge officially kicks off this week, and we know you’re going to ❤️ the rewards.

💫 How it works: Attend one in-person Workshop 4 out of 6 weeks from 3rd November to 14th December, 2024, and you’ll receive a festive WeightWatchers eCookbook. Pick up your tracker card at your Workshop; the Coach will initial your card once per week at check-in.
