                                            Here are a couple of exercises to help you become ski fit, before you hit the slopes.
Exercise 1 Fill 2 water bottles with water and use them as weights whilst you mimic the action of poling.
Exercise 2  Wall sits. Lean against the wall, bend your knees until you feel it at the front of your thighs.
