Exams can take a toll in ways we don’t always see.

It’s not just the pressure of revision…

It’s the hours spent sitting, the tension building, and stress showing up physically.

🏏 Before cricket season starts… a quick heads up!

After Easter, we tend to see the same pattern each year 👇
Kids go straight back into bowling
👉 after a winter off 👇

They may have grown a lot since last season and their bodies are not quite ready yet, especially shoulders and backs.

That’s when injuries can occur.
A few simple things can really help:

✔ Build up gradually
✔ Add some strength work first
✔ Increase bowling load step by step

A bit of preparation now can make a big difference as the season gets going.
