The year was 2012 & I was 26 years old.
I had just upgraded from my blackberry to my first apple phone. This is when the selfie was born with no filters or alterations, because that wasn’t even an option then.
We had entered a new era without knowing what was at stake.
We still very much “stayed in the moment” then. We would go to clubs and dance all night and not one photo was taken of the night, well maybe one, it would be terrible but we didn’t care. had just dropped this hit. The lights would come on when the beat dropped, I still remember this feelings of escapism.
We played games on our phones and were taken back with how quickly technology was advancing. I was from an era where you had to knock on your friend’s house and ask their parents permission for your friend to come out to play.
We would speak for hours on the house phone after school and very much played outside, getting up to no good.

I digress, 2012 was when we then became very aware of how we could portray ourselves to the outside world. We could create profiles on messenger, bbm and eventually WhatsApp (which would follow).
We created pages, made interactive friends and then lost touch with reality and the outside world.

I’m still trying to navigate from this? Millennials we have experienced both eras.

This patient had a combination of treatments, chosen to work together. The aim was a softer, more rested appearance, without altering her natural expression or features.

Every decision was made with tissue quality, balance and longevity in mind.

She lives abroad and plans her visits around treatment, as do many of my long-term patients. Trust matters when you’re choosing who treats your face, especially when you’re travelling specifically for it.

I’m grateful to work with patients who value restraint, safety and long-term results.

Individual results vary. All treatment plans are personalised.

Some of my patients have been with me from the start. What I admire the most is their willingness to trust me over the years.
They all have a certain glow about them. A glow up, shall we say.
Everytime they walk through the door they all age backwards. And without putting so much emphasis on ageing, it’s in the way they present themselves to the world that’s truly profound.
This new found confidence that they seek from the start, finds them the moment they decided to invest in themselves.

I love that quality in all my patients, their dedication to show up for themselves.

In aesthetics, trust matters more than trends.

Most people won’t remember the product used, the dose, or the technique, but they will remember how safe they felt and how listened to they were.

My approach has always been guided by ethics before aesthetics.

That means:
• saying no when something isn’t appropriate
• prioritising skin quality, structure and long-term facial health
• choosing subtle, layered treatments over dramatic change
• and never chasing trends at the expense of identity

If you’re looking for instant, dramatic results, I may not be the right injector for you, and that’s okay.

But if you value careful assessment, honest guidance and results that feel like you, just rested, then you’re exactly who I work for.

Chin Filler

This treatment focused on refining the chin dimple while improving both side and front profile balance. Rather than adding volume for projection alone, chin filler is often used to harmonise the lower face, creating smoother contours and better facial proportions.

Small, well-placed amounts of dermal filler can make a significant difference when guided by facial anatomy, proportions, and movement.

As always, results are tailored to the individual and designed to enhance your natural features.

When I see a patient for the first time, often or not, they will choose anti-wrinkle injections as their first go-to treatment. It makes sense from a psychological perspective as it produces a predictable softening of dynamic lines and it wears off. It feels like a safer option.

However, anti-wrinkle injections doesn’t treat structural ageing.

From our mid 30s onwards, we lose collagen, fat and fascial support. This is what changes the shape of the face, the jawline, the neck and the way the skin sits. Treating that requires a different approach, one that works within the tissue rather than just on muscle movement.

Many women feel more cautious about this part of treatment, often because they have seen faces that look overfilled, puffy or unlike themselves. That concern is entirely valid.

When done properly, structural and regenerative treatments are not about adding volume for the sake of it. They are about restoring support, skin quality and facial balance so the face looks rested, lighter and more like itself.

In my clinic, anti-wrinkle injections are never used in isolation. It is part of a layered plan that also considers fascia, skin quality and volume loss, because that is how natural, long-term results are achieved.

If you’ve been having anti-wrinkle injections but still feel your face looks tired, heavy or unsupported, this is often why.

In my opinion microneedling is one of the most underrated treatments within aesthetics. Because it targets the root of ageing and skin concerns by stimulating your body’s own collagen and elastin production and this takes investment and patience.

Through controlled micro-injuries, it improves skin firmness, texture, fine lines, pigmentation and acne scarring from the inside out. Instead of just creating a temporary glow, microneedling upgrades the overall quality of your skin over time, making it smoother, stronger and more youthful-looking with every session.

These lips weren’t created in one appointment, they were built over two years.

By adding small amounts of filler slowly, we allow the tissue to adapt, which creates:
Better shape
Better longevity
More natural movement

This is why our lips don’t look “done” they look like you, just enhanced.

If you want lips that age beautifully, this is the only way to do it.
