My daughter is my biggest motivation to keep learning, growing and showing her what it looks like to build something with heart.

Running a business while raising a little one isn’t always easy, however it is my norm & it’s filled with moments that remind me of why I started in the first place.

I hope she grows up knowing that strength and softness can coexist and that building something meaningful takes love, patience and courage.

The biggest lesson I’ve learnt through this journey, is that my happiness truly exists when I have a balanced life & knowing the difference between overworking & working smart.

I’ve been battling with my health recently,
and it has taught me something powerful.

A few weeks ago, I felt like I had many problems.
Today, I have only one — my health.

Every stress that consumed me weeks ago no longer exists.
Why?
Because I stopped feeding them my energy.

Now, all my energy goes inward, to heal, to listen, to understand how my body is working in this new space.
