Whenever someone comes to me with back pain and a wonky pelvis one of the main areas to assess are the adductors.
Not only were this clients gluts, lats, psoas and iliacus restricted but her adductors and tibialis posterior were so tight that the whole leg seemed to be screwed in too tight.
It took some doing but with some breath work and serious myofascial release we got the leg to unravel.
And the best bit? No pain getting off the table or putting her joggers and shoes back on.
Result.

I am delighted to announce that I am finally teaching CORE I in September 2025 in Pyrford, Woking.
This 2 day course will teach you the first session of CORE work and I promise you, will change the way you work with clients forever.
Learn how to hold space with your client, to help them feel safe enough to let go of any old holding patterns in their fascial matrix and any trauma that may be causing pain and discomfort in the body.
