Norfolk House in Weybridge, Surrey, is a purpose-designed care home providing personalised residential care, short-term respite care, expert nursing care and specialist dementia care for older people, including those with physical disabilities. The home offers communal areas and facilities where residents can relax, socialise and carry on pursuing hobbies or discover new interests, including a hairdressing salon, library, reminiscence room and landscaped garden with a beautiful pergola. Every resident’s room at Norfolk House is en-suite, tastefully decorated and includes comfortable furnishings. Residents are welcome to arrange their rooms however they wish, and can bring their own possessions to help them feel completely at home.

Norfolk House has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Care UK Star Awards for Great Dementia Care. This is a huge honour and a true reflection of the compassion, dedication, and hard work our whole team shows every single day.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate us — your support means so much to all of us.

We’d like to give a big shout-out to Mereena, our Mental Health First Aider 👏

Mereena organises regular exercise sessions for our staff to help everyone reboot, refocus, and recharge during busy working days. These activities are not only great for physical wellbeing, but they also support mental health, reduce stress, and boost positive energy across the team.

The sessions have also been a fantastic way to strengthen teamwork — bringing colleagues together, encouraging support for one another, and creating plenty of smiles along the way.

Game morning fun! 🎲🐍

What a snakes and ladders showdown! Ken was on fire rolling double 6s not once, not twice, but four times — we thought he had it in the bag! Meanwhile Margaret and Joan kept landing on ladders like pros and climbing their way up the board. But in the end, Flanders came through and took the win! 🏆

Lots of laughs! Nothing beats a good old-fashioned board game morning with everyone rooting for each other. Already looking forward to the rematch! 😄

Our friendly and experienced team is committed to providing the highest standards of care and treating every resident with dignity and compassion. We spend time getting to know your relative as an individual, so that we can tailor our care to their exact needs and support them to do the things they want to do each day.

Norfolk House has a great location close to the shops and amenities of Weybridge, and we make the most of our location with coffee or lunch outings, or shopping trips.

Residents’ rooms are light, spacious and tastefully decorated with stylish furniture. Each room includes en-suite facilities, phone and television connection points and a 24-hour nurse call system. We have double rooms available and some of our ground floor rooms have direct access onto our patio and garden.
