Norfolk House in Weybridge, Surrey, is a purpose-designed care home providing personalised residential care, short-term respite care, expert nursing care and specialist dementia care for older people, including those with physical disabilities. The home offers communal areas and facilities where residents can relax, socialise and carry on pursuing hobbies or discover new interests, including a hairdressing salon, library, reminiscence room and landscaped garden with a beautiful pergola. Every resident’s room at Norfolk House is en-suite, tastefully decorated and includes comfortable furnishings. Residents are welcome to arrange their rooms however they wish, and can bring their own possessions to help them feel completely at home.

✨ Friendship Café - Light Up a Life ✨

We had a truly special time at our Friendship Café, combined with our Light Up a Life event. It was a meaningful afternoon spent remembering and celebrating the lives of our loved ones who have sadly passed away.

We came together to raise money for Sam Beare Hospice, while sharing memories and moments that will stay in our hearts. Residents, families, and staff wrote the names of their loved ones on wooden and printed stars, sharing beautiful stories and treasured memories along the way ⭐️

The afternoon was made even more lovely with mince pies and mulled wine, creating a warm, comforting atmosphere filled with friendship, reflection, and togetherness.

Residents have been busy entering the Care UK Christmas Cake Competition – and what a magical (and mischievous!) time it’s been!

Our helpful elves, Pixie and Anthony, were channeling their inner Mary Berry while filling the Christmas cake… although we’re still not quite sure why there were beans involved! 🤭

Twinkle was hard at work wrapping Christmas lights around Harry, while Linda stood proudly by the white cake sprinkling sugar… or was it salt? Oh dear! 😅

Buddy decided to make the most of the situation by creating a salt angel, and Cinnamon, Peppermint and Happy teamed up to fix the lights and keep everything shining bright. ✨

Meanwhile, Peter took matters into his own hands and decided to send Santa back to the North Pole, convinced we weren’t getting presents this year anyway! 🎅❄️

So many laughs, smiles, and festive fun – Christmas spirit is truly alive and well at Norfolk House ❤️🎄

A heartfelt thank you to the 1st Weybridge (Brooklands Own) Scout Group for visiting the residents and filling Norfolk House with Christmas cheer! 🎄✨

The Beavers went room to room singing beautiful Christmas carols, bringing smiles, laughter, and a heartfelt festive spirit to everyone. It was truly lovely and heart-warming, and we are so grateful for the joy they shared with us.

At our last Staff Meeting, Raja our Head Chef surprised the team with a delicious biryani feast to thank everyone for their hard work and dedication. 🍽️💛

Our staff go above and beyond every single day, and they truly deserve this special treat. We’re so proud of our team and grateful for everything they do for the residents and our home. 🙌💙

Renjith our Sustainability Champion was busy with Residents , we planted around 400 bulbs the last couple of days, tulip, daffodil, iris, anemone, crocus, allium, and more.

Thank you Weybridge in Bloom for your advice, we have planted the Jerusalem artichokes, residents can't wait for next year to see everything in bloom.

We spend time getting to know your relative as an individual, so that we can tailor our care to their exact needs and support them to do the things they want to do each day.

Norfolk House has a great location close to the shops and amenities of Weybridge, and we make the most of our location with coffee or lunch outings, or shopping trips.

Residents’ rooms are light, spacious and tastefully decorated with stylish furniture. Each room includes en-suite facilities, phone and television connection points and a 24-hour nurse call system. We have double rooms available and some of our ground floor rooms have direct access onto our patio and garden.
