Anning House is a luxury care home with state-of-the-art facilities, set in a peaceful and highly desirable residential area of Weymouth. The home provides high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care, as well as short-term respite care. Residents' rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished and all rooms are en-suite. The light and stylish lounges have views out to the coast, and there are excellent facilities, including a café, a hair and beauty salon, cinema, small library and a shop - all of which are available to family and friends. The home also benefits from having beautifully landscaped sensory gardens, which have been carefully designed for wheelchair users and are also home to our pet chickens.

A gorgeous day was had at today. A special Christmas Church service supported by members of our local church, council & family member 🥰 Everyone in attendance either wore their Best or most festive on this ‘National Christmas Jumper Day.’

🎉Congratulations to Peter who won joint 1st on our Christmas Card Competition announced by the Home Manager Heidi at Teapot Tuesday today!
Not only was he awarded a prize (which was almost stolen by ‘Elfis’ the escaped naughty Elf), his winning design will be professionally printed and sold at our upcoming Christmas Market where all proceeds go to a charity of Peter’s choice! 👏🥰

🧸Meet Shirley B🧸
Shirley learnt how to knit by her mother at 6 years old! And she’s not stopped since!
Shirley has a big heart and felt moved to ‘do something’ when she saw the children in need in Ukraine.
Every month she ensures they are placed into shoe boxes that are then sent out as part of a local charity effort and every single bear, she ensures they are made with love.
