'I regularly have a face & foot reflexology session with Laura. I love her energy and the atmosphere in her cosy cabin is calm and welcoming. We have a chat before the session begins which puts me at ease. Starting with the face the pressure points melt away tension which is deeply relaxing. Moving on to the feet Laura targets the treatment to areas of need, this is different each time I go. By the end I feel lighter, calmer and my stress levels have dramatically dropped. The sunshine today has been a welcome change, especially as we move into the spring equinox this weekend!

Stepping into the lighter days ahead, I have had a little sort round with the cabin. I've added in some floral furnishings, springtime garlands with little rabbits on, and bought one of my spider plants to add some life into the garden cabin.

I hope everyone gets a chance to enjoy the sunshine today 🌞
