🌧️ Weather Update for Clients 🌪️

The weather over that last few days has been severe. If we have an appointment and travelling conditions are dangerous please call, text, WhatsApp, or email (no matter how near to the appointment time) and we can reschedule. Your safety is of the up most importance, and I would rather rebook us for another time.

Likewise, if you are a nervous traveller and conditions are beyond your limits, let me know and we can rebook.

🐺 January 3rd 2026 🌝

The first full moon of the new year is the wolf moon. This full moon has many names, and in the northern hemisphere during the cold winter nights wolves could be heard howling, hence the name wolf moon.

This full moon is also a Supermoon, allowing us to feel the lunar frequency more intensely. It's also right at home in the sign of Cancer ♋

This intense full moon centres around the heart, within intimate areas of our life, and asks who/what are we giving our emotional labour towards? And is it serving us?

Release the obligations you've carried through 2025, and start fresh in 2026. The new year in conjunction with this super full moon is an excellent way to have a fresh beginning.

A gentle reminder that the most meaningful relationship is the one we have with ourselves, we can't pour from empty cups, so give yourself the same grace and compassion you would to others.

Before I sign off for Christmas 🎄

🙏 A thank you to my clients...

This year when I decided to move the business to the garden cabin, I was nervous about many things, but these fears were hushed with overwhelming support from you.

I am biased, but I have the best clients, and your trust in me is something I never take for granted. Next year my goal is to keep building my skillset & knowledge, and continue to provide quality reflexology & holistic therapy treatments for you.

I am also incredibly grateful for the work I do providing reflexology for cancer patients through The Fortuneswell Cancer Trust. I feel so lucky to met many talented and inspiring people in this role.
