11:00am to 12:30pm: Yoga - a creative and rejuvenating yoga session to awaken your body and spirit. Suitable for all levels.

12:30 to 1:30pm: Nourishing lunch - connect, reflect, and enjoy a wholesome meal.

1:30 to 3:00pm: Yoga nidra sound bath - immerse yourself in a sound journey for deep relaxation and inner bliss.

Expect a transformative experience, blending movement, mindfulness, and the healing power of sound. Leave feeling refreshed, connected and inspired.

🎨 For those that love art & music we have been working hard behind the scenes to unite community creative projects by collaborating with the council and several local and national creative organisations to bring a week of exciting new workshops, live performances and a pop up art exhibition, to celebrate the world's largest art & culture festival. The week-long event starts next Monday 17th and ends Sunday 23rd of June. We hope that you all enjoy it.

We will be discussing goals, dreams, habbits and you visions for this year.
Visualising a fresh new you!

I know you are only just getting round to setting some goals for this year because we all do it.

So come to the sisterhood circle tomorrow...

-Bring a board of any kind big or small. could be card, old photo frame back, thick paper

- you can bring allong or add at home pictures of yourself or loved ones

I will provide some magazines , pictures glue, sizzors and some cut outs, pens and affirmations.

If you want to donate any magazines bring them along
