60 weeks ago, my life was very different.

I was struggling with Type 2 diabetes, sleep apnea, and constant aching joints. Every day felt like a battle, and I genuinely did not know how things were going to change.

Never did I imagine that the day I walked through the door on 4th November 2024 would lead to this moment. Back then, I could never have believed that by 4th August 2025 I would be running Zest myself. I see this as my way of giving back for everything Zest has given me, the support, the belief, the community, and the life-changing impact it has had on my health and confidence.

Fast forward to today:
✨ I am 7½ stone lighter and heading towards target
✨ I reversed my Type 2 diabetes within just 3 weeks of starting Joint Zest
✨ On 16th January, I am booked in for a repeat sleep study because my ENT team are confident I no longer have sleep apnea

This journey has not just transformed my health. It has transformed my entire life. My energy, confidence, and outlook are unrecognisable from where I was 60 weeks ago.
