This is my class schedule:

- Seize the Day 30 min morning yoga at 7am Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays ONLINE
- Morning yoga 60 min flow yoga at 9:30am Mondays IN THE STUDIO
- Evening yoga 60 min flow yoga at 6:30pm Wednesdays IN THE STUDIO
- Relax and Release yin yoga at 6:30pm Thursdays ONLINE AND IN THE STUDIO (on summer break until September)
- Slow and Flow into the Weekend yin and flow yoga at 10am Fridays IN THE STUDIO
- Weekend Yoga 60 min flow yoga at 8am and 9:30am Sundays IN THE STUDIO

If you’re looking for a way to have a chilled Sunday why not start the day with a morning yoga class? I run two sessions on Sundays at 8am and 9:30am in my peaceful home studio in Preston in Weymouth, close Chalbury Corner.

Mats, props and blankets are all provided and my cosy infra red heating is on!

Learn simple but useful tools and techniques to build a regular and sustainable meditation practice.

During each two hour session we will look at posture, focus and the breath. We will play with various techniques and tools to make a regular meditation practice more accessible for you.

There will be time for discussion and exploration and during each session we will spend around 15 minutes focussing on a particular meditation technique and finishing with a guided meditation.

The sessions are progressive and you should plan to attend each date. If you do miss a session you will be able to catch up with a voice recording.

Maximum of six people in the workshop and please note that the workshop will only go ahead with a minimum of four people.

Autumn 🍂 is the perfect time to begin to slow things down.

Join my yin yoga classes on Wednesdays at 10am and Thursdays at 6:30pm to slow the pace. These sessions are hybrid so you can join me in my home studio in Preston in Weymouth or live online.

Yin yoga is a gloriously slow form of yoga where we settle into shapes for a few minutes, using props to support the limbs. Here we work to stillness, lingering and surrendering. Allowing gravity to take hold and giving the muscles permission to let go.

Our lives are so busy and noisy and over stimulated. We rarely have permission to settle in silence and allow heaviness to take hold. The magic of yin yoga is that we can begin to access the parasympathetic nervous system and allow the body and mind to find its calm centre once more.

And if you like to meld together stillness and movement my Friday Slow & Flow class at 10am is a lovely little mix of yin and flow yoga.
