SLOW & FLOW INTO THE WEEKEND
If you’re lucky enough not to work Fridays and you’re looking for a way to ease yourself into the weekend why not join my Slow & Flow yoga class at 10am.
This class is about bringing balance. Balance to your body. Balance to your mind. Balance to your week.
A beautiful combination of slow and deep yin yoga (holding deep stretches with props and support) and flow yoga where we work with the breath.
Join me in my home studio in Preston, close to Chalbury corner, where you will always be very welcome. Mats and props are provided so just book your space and come along.
