💛 We are proud to announce that from today, Monday 20th April to Monday 27th April, our iconic Jubilee Clock will be lit up in yellow to represent The Lantern Trust as part of our 2026 Light Up Scheme.

Mike Graham, Chief Executive Offer at the charity said:

“We are absolutely delighted and honoured that The Lantern has been nominated as one of the chosen charities to light up the Jubilee Clock. Our local community is at the very heart of everything we do, and this recognition means a great deal to us. Our work now reaches all areas of the community, and to be acknowledged in this way, during what has been our busiest year on record, is incredibly special. Welcome back to the Weymouth Land Train team 🚂☀️
They were out on the seafront at the weekend kicking off the 2026 season in the sunshine… and it’s great to see them back in action!

If you spot them rolling along the seafront or harbourside, don’t forget to give them a wave 👋

The land train will now be running daily between the stop opposite M&S on the seafront and Hope Square right through to the end of October 👍
