🌟 Greatest Loser Celebration 🌟

A huge celebration this week for Ken, who has achieved an incredible 5 stone 9½ lbs weight loss 👏 and looks sharp in his new shirt 👕

Ken is a quiet, gentle member who shows up to group every single week. He listens, takes in the shared ideas, and chooses what works for him for the week ahead.

He often shares his love for fish and makes great use of the Slimming World meals from the Food Warehouse to help him through those busier days. Simple, practical choices that really add up over time.

Ken has also become more active, even trying his hand at boxing, but his absolute favourite activity is walking. Getting his steps in, out in nature, is where he’s happiest.

Ken proves that you don’t have to be loud to achieve amazing things, consistency, patience and small weekly actions truly lead to life-changing results.

We are so proud of you, Ken! 💚

A massive congratulations to our amazing member Sallie, who has lost a phenomenal 9 stone and has been crowned her groups Greatest Loser 2026! 👏👏

Sallie is such a supportive, positive presence in group, always sharing ideas, encouragement and inspiration with others. She truly embodies what our Slimming World community is all about.

Walking has been Sallie's activity of choice throughout her journey, proving that simple, consistent steps really do lead to life-changing results alongside Food Optimising.

Sallie says she couldn’t have achieved this without the unwavering support of her fellow members and her consultant, Teresa Paul. A lovely reminder of just how powerful group support really is ❤️
