Reflexology is a complimentary therapy, as in it compliments traditional medicines and is usually performed on the feet. The benefits of reflexology are numerous. At the very least it will increase relaxation, relieve stress and improve sleep. It can also tell us so much about what’s going on in our body, from serious illnesses such as diabetes to less problematic, such as nutritional deficiencies and dehydration. Our feet might be regarded as just the base on which we walk and are probably the most underrated body part, but foot reflexology can identify and help alleviate so many conditions. Reflexology is based on the premise that all the glands, organs and structures of the body have a corresponding reflex point in the feet. By using a specific compression technique on the feet, a reflexologist detects imbalances and releases the congestion of toxins so that your body systems work more efficiently

Foot Notes Reflexology has a lovely relaxing therapy room in Preston, with plenty of parking and close to the bus stops. I can also provide mobile treatments in your own home if it’s within a 5 mile radius of Preston. Treatment costs are

£30 for 1 hour
£25 for six 1 hour treatments (total £150 payment in advance).
£10 for 15 min taster treatments for groups of 4 - 6 people
