What better way to start the day than with a good old splash around with your friends 🥽 🏊 💦
Everyone had a brilliant time and the pool was lovely and quiet which meant we could have some races, as well as a handstand or two! 🤣
In the afternoon, we celebrated World Vegetarian Day by making hot honey 🍯 and halloumi flatbreads 🫓
The budding chefs started by making the hot honey sauce using honey, chilli flakes, and harissa 😋 We then made mint yoghurt dressing and pickled some red onions before having fun mashing some avocados 🥑
The finished product was vibrant in colour and packed a punch in flavour 👨🏻🍳
