There are a million reasons why we donโt prioritise our health and fitness.
Being out of shape and uncomfortable is painful in more ways than one!
But being confident and happy in your body is also really hard.
Turning up for yourself on your worst days is the only way to stay consistent. It doesnโt have to be perfect, it doesnโt even have to be good, it just needs to maintain momentum.
I always tell myself and my clients that nothing worth having comes without a sacrifice.
If I can do it, anyone can!
Be bigger than your excuses.
