Over the last few months I've been adding to my skillset, I am so pleased to have sucessfully completed the first stage of my JEMS training. In JEMS we take an holsitic approach to helping our clients. The course I've just completed focuses on analysis, rehabilitation and training approach to resolving injury, mobility and overuse issues. I really can't wait to incorporate my new skills into my treatments. 💜

Covid Update

On 19th July there will be a further easing of restrictions in England. However, the protection of my patients and my own health is paramount.

Therefore, masks will still be compulsory when attending your soft tissue/sports massage appointment.

If you do not wish to wear a mask, I can see you virtually over zoom.

Hand sanitising on entry to the premises will still be required.

Windows will remain open for ventilation.

I will continue to wear PPE.

My treatment room will continue to be sanitised in between each patient.

Covid screening forms will continue be sent via email and will need completing prior to attending your appointment. I will also continue to screen on arrival.

Stay safe!

Wishing you happiness, love and peace in 2021. Happy new year. ❤
