We’re looking for a compassionate, organised, and proactive Domiciliary Care Coordinator to join our friendly team. In this role, you’ll help ensure our care runs smoothly, support our dedicated staff, and make a real difference to the lives of our service users.
What you’ll be doing:
✨ Supporting service users to maintain independence and dignity
✨ Coordinating rotas and overseeing care shifts
✨ Working closely with staff to uphold high standards of care
✨ Building positive relationships with clients and families
✨ Ensuring safe, effective medication practices
✨ Helping shape a warm, supportive team culture
What we’re looking for:
✔️ 2+ years’ experience in care
✔️ A caring, empathetic approach
✔️ Strong organisational and decision‑making skills
✔️ A full driving licence
✔️ Willingness to grow through training and development
