Bit of a miserable morning to be out, but at the same time a great morning to be out...listening to the sounds of woodpeckers thrashing away, a sure sign spring is on the way.

I joined the virtual spine race challenge 'dash' event so I would be motivated to get my daily exercise in for January. I achieved my 44km goal yesterday ahead of the 31st Jan deadline.

The full on spine challenge is a little beyond me, so I'll stick to the virtual challenge for now.
