Wonderfully, all of my baby massage courses have filled for the new term. So I’m turning my attention to baby yoga. I always have more spaces available on these in September as a lot of babies age (or crawl!!) out of the class over the long summer.
Baby yoga is a wonderful active class for babies aged 12 weeks and up. There are exercises focused on improving strength, help with balance, increase spacial awareness and encourage movement. And that is just for your baby! For you there are gentle movements to help you start to regain your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles.
Come and start some gentle strengthening exercises and enjoy some wonderful, fun bonding time with your baby.
