I see you mummy’s, getting up everyday putting your babies first, keeping the scars inside and out hidden, smiling talking of night feeds and baby classes. What about that whole pregnancy journey, the life changing labour the new world of post natal care? Having a safe space to reflect on our labour story and our identity is so important for taking care of our mental health. It’s ok to say I’m not ok and this has no reflection on your love for your child, simply you need space to be heard.
