Not necessarily, but at PER4M having a trainer means your workouts are tailored to you and your goals. Whether you’re aiming to lose fat, build muscle, or improve overall strength, our trainers design programs that work with you.

Trainers also work closely with our therapists, so if you’ve got past or current injuries or want long-term progress without setbacks, you’re going to be fully supported every step of the way.

Unfortunately due to another road closure access to our Callis Mill location is closed from Todmorden. We will be contacting all upcoming appointments, however if you are travelling from the Todmorden side access is only permitted over Blackstone Edge from Littleborough or down through Heptonstall from Burnley.

If travelling from the Hebden Bridge side please allow extra time for traffic.

Most active people benefit from around 1.6-2g per kg of bodyweight.

Protein supports muscle recovery, joint health, and overall performance.

Also remember, carbohydrates fuel training! Removing them often reduces performance and consistency.
