YOGrA - yoga with grit, grace and gratitude!
Yoga is so much more than the exercise classes we imagine when we hear the word; it’s a whole way of life that increases our well-being by connecting our minds and bodies. My personal philosophy is that yoga helps us to balance the grit and grace, the energy and the calm within us through physical practice, meditation and a healthy, balanced mindset. Whether you can commit to a daily, weekly or monthly practice, it will benefit you in every way!
Whatever your size, age, shape or current level of fitness, yoga can work for you.
