When my clients come to me feeling stuck, it's often because they are overwhelmed.

Freezing, feeling unable to complete tasks, or move forward, is something clients often say.

This is where time blocking can help, not as a strict schedule but as a structure to bring yourself back to.

Instead of trying to figure everything out, just focus on a small block of time.

But remember, be realistic with what you can achieve, be ruthless and honest with yourself about what needs to be done and what can wait.

Life can feel overwhelming and with taking breaks, resets and self care we can end up feeling lost and wondering what the hell happened.

And reaching out can feel hard or like another thing to do, when you feel stretched to the max already.

But ask yourself, and be honest, what happens if you continue like you are at the moment?

I can tell you from personal and professional experience that it leads to physical and mental health problems, relationship difficulties, challenges at work, the list goes on.

'One small thing.......and I lost it'

Taking care of everyone else.
The none stop rushing.
The racing thoughts.
The constant what's next.

But not everyone snaps at the nearest person.

Sometimes it's your work slipping.
Sometimes you find yourself being more critical, or irritable.
And sometimes it's just constantly negativity, like everything is always going wrong.
