This week is Eating Disorder Awareness week, and I have been reflecting on my time working as a nurse in eating disorders.

One of the things I learnt and saw first is that eating disorders come in many different forms, so many people I supported didn't fit the stereotype that people often imagine when they hear the word eating disorder.

I also saw how easily 'healthy' behaviours and advice can quietly become unhealthy.

If you are concerned about a friend, a family member, a client, or yourself .eating.disorders website has lots of helpful information and resources.

Between the drop-offs and the other demands, make sure thereโ€™s:

First ever proper pull-up ๐Ÿ˜Š

Been in the gym a long time but have never been able to do thisโ€ฆ until today.

Funny how one rep can make you feel so much stronger, not just physically but mentally too.
