When my clients come to me feeling stuck, it's often because they are overwhelmed.
Freezing, feeling unable to complete tasks, or move forward, is something clients often say.
This is where time blocking can help, not as a strict schedule but as a structure to bring yourself back to.
Instead of trying to figure everything out, just focus on a small block of time.
But remember, be realistic with what you can achieve, be ruthless and honest with yourself about what needs to be done and what can wait.
