But did you know that the full phrase is- "A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one."

I love this phrase not only because it's how I often see myself but also because it shows how we can use words in both a positive and negative way.

Whenever I make a change or try something new I am nervous.

If I waited until I felt ready I would probably have never done half the things I have, big or small (some have worked out, some haven't, but I don't regret any).

Trying something new can be uncomfortable and scary, but that’s usually a sign you’re growing, not failing.

Every time you push through the nerves, you build confidence, resilience, and proof that you’re capable of more than you think.

Comfort feels safe, but courage changes your life 💪🌱

I do love my care home classes, but what it reminded me of this week is that movement and exercise really is for everyone.

Exercises can be adapted- seated, standing, even lying in bed.
